2007 - The original Mushroom Roulette idea was conceived by James Fletcher in April 2007 as a first year college project for a Game Development (ND). (download link) (assignment submission) The original game concept only had water which acted as impassable walls and two types of mushroom the red and pink. It was programmed in Visual Basic 6. 2009 - Due to the notable popularity for the original basic idea, a flash version of the game was developed by Liam Macdonald (link). After the announcement of the Antix Game Player at the middlesbrough boho one building of digital city James Fletcher began to re-develop the game targeted at the iphone, windows, mac and various hardware devices supported by the Antix Game Player. |
